Our Goals for 2018

We are so excited for what 2018 has in store. While the scope of our goals might seem out of reach now, we are confident we can achieve them with hard work in 2018. 

This year, we are working on growth in a few key areas:

Team: 

As our business grows, so does our team. It's fun to reminisce about the times when this was a one woman show (Monica, the co-founder, designing a product she wanted to see in the market). Pretty quickly, Monica brought on her son Solomon to help. He has taken over day to day operations of the business and our team has just grown from there. Last year, we found 3 amazing new people to join our team. We are hoping to hire between 5-7 more people to join our team this year. 

Products:

For the past three years, our product line has largely stayed the same. We have made many improvements to our core product line (our clear packing cubes) and introduced new colors. However, we haven't created new products and that is something we are working on for 2018. We hope to bring between 5-10 new products this year to help with your travel organization needs. Do you have any ideas for us? We made a handy dandy form to fill out, we'd love to hear your feedback on new products you think we should make!

Community

One thing we felt was missing from our business the past few years was the sense of community. We communicate with our customers individually via email and calls all the time, but we don't have a way for our customers to communicate with each other. We are working on a few initiatives around this goal and are excited to announce them soon. 

Useful Content

Our goal with EzPacking has always been to help our customers be more organized at home and on the road. Our products definitely help with this, but we want to make content that helps as well. That is why we are spending a lot of time this year to create useful content for our community.

We are starting with creating printable packing lists and other helpful resources to help moms prepare for travel.
